There has always been more poor people than rich, do you think that will ever change. You can only wear one pair of shoes; one bed is all we need to sleep. There has always been corruption in high places, do you think this will always be. Will their greed be satisfied at last, before they push us over the edge? We can take so much before we break, how long before we can endure no more. Tax payer bailouts cannot quench their thirst; the banker canker burns their throat. Will Sarah Palin Be The Next President

First thing, you notice about Sarah Palin when she is asked a question regarding the world outside of Alaska is the confusion on her face. The woman would be out of her depth in a bathtub. However, she is a politician, and ignorance of the subject is no barrier to participation. After all, there is no law requiring one to be intelligent in order to run for office.

The electorate is looking for the girl or guy from next door to run things, as long as they talk the talk. No need to walk the walk. The people want change, that is what the press keeps telling us, but there is no real change, just a new face in the top job. For real change to happen you would have to change the system from capitalism to socialism (which they are doing right now) or communism or some other ism. Or just stop messing with the existing system and let it run it's natural course.

Capitalism in its rawest form is like nature, the strong survive and the weak die. People who make dumb decisions go bankrupt; this clears away the mess and makes room for new growth. But the government won’t let this happen without a fight, they will destroy the dollar protecting the big bankers. The same bankers who thought that lending money to people who could not pay it back was a good idea. As the fat caveman said "you hunt, you gather and I'll run the economy".

Sarah Palin is rough at the edges and that adds to her attraction, I know many people who are tired of the well-dressed fast talking type of politician they turn out these days. However, in four years time they will have moulded her into their way of thinking. The first sign will be when the glasses are replaced by contact lenses.

Yes, she will get a second chance at the presidency; the woman wants to run again. We all know that she will be as good or bad as anybody else will. If you advertised the job, it would say.

President wanted no experience necessary.

High standards in high places is a noble statement, and most people expect high standards. Their tax dollars are paying for everything these professional politicians enjoy, but people become drunk with power. In addition, begin to think "what is the point in having power if you don't abuse it to your advantage", after all I am the president. Come to think of it, "what’s the point of having a standing army, let’s make use of it and start a war".

Problem with wars is they cost lives and money, lots of lives and lot and lots of money. However, you usually hear politicians complaining about the economic cost of war, not the human cost. Numbers, just numbers. These people do not have to fight the wars they start; to them it is just like a game. Like moving pieces across a chessboard, there is no need to worry about their sons or daughters dying in battle.
Make no mistake about it, the power over life and death really does boost their ego. Power is such a strange thing, at this moment in time the country does have the most powerful army on the planet. If the politicians had any sense they would be scared of this powerful army.

But then again, they way they are managing the economy there may be no money for bullets.

Ah, Sarah is not that bad after all, and everybody deserves a second chance.

How to attract women

Life is such a strange thing, so many contradictions to deal with. One does not know where to look as rejection and failure stare you in the face. You are either hot or cold, most of the time you are neither.

Dressed to kill, you approach the mirror, and feel as if you are gazing into some kind of twilight zone, Only in full living 3D color. Let's just say "you're lukewarm" as you stagger through the maze of bars and clubs.

Perhaps there is too much alcohol in your aftershave... But, deep down you know what drives you, it's the same thing that drives the entire race. You need a mate.

As a man you wonder, how do you get women interested in you. They don't teach that kind of stuff in school, How to pass the most important examination of your life. Passing on your genes to the next generation.

There is no dough about it, sex is a big part of this problem. Does love lead to sex, or sex lead to love, such questions are best left to lovers. After all drink raises passion levels past the usual threshold. The only sure thing we know is that attraction is the beginning of the mating ritual. But it involves a lot more than a casual encounter. Women require a commitment to ensure their offspring achieve the best possible start in life.

When you give your promise to your lady, she will gives hers to you. After all your offspring, which will be the next generation requires food and shelter. You will provide it, and feel privilege to take on the burden of responsibility.

But I am drifting away from the main topic. Attracting the opposite sex.
There is no silver bullet. Women do not to trust single men, they view them with suspicion because they appear so desperate. Desperation always rings alarm bell, as any experience banker will tell you.

Desperation, in other words, begets desperation.
Finally through sheer chance our hero finds someone interested in him. His confidence rockets to the moon, and now struts across the floor to the bar.

Women look at him and his new girlfriend and think, they are better looking than her. Their must be something special about this guy that they have overlooked. His new confidence is so attractive. Now that he is "not single," women find him almost irresistible.
Where does this leave our hero? No lesson is learned, he will believe it's his sheer "Animal attraction" that has gained his success. Or, possible his new aftershave.

Fact is our hero could have avoided much of the stress and failure of the the scene I just described. All he had to do was followed a few basic rules.

Develop self confidence by simply listening more and talking less. It's good for your reputation. Show a interest in what the other persons is saying. Talking to the people you are not attracted to, is a bonus. They usually know people you find attractive, and you will get to know them too. In fact, you may discover a deeper appreciation and attraction for these ladies you have overlooked in the past. Keep fit, learn to dance and develop a sense of humor.

Always be polite and sincere. And one day when you look in the mirror, you will see a gentleman standing there.

American Financial Crisis Fiat Money

What started the latest addition of the American Financial Crisis was, Fiat Money, you know what I'm talking about. Mickey Mouse money. Paper, just stand back a few yards and take a look at the stuff....

Yep, it's just paper, if they did not print so much of this paper maybe it would be worth something.

While were at it, Sit back and take a look around the room you're in at this moment in time. Do you see anything of value that you could sell or trade if you fell on hard times. Your age will dictate what is of value to you. For example, if you are a teenager you may consider your music collection to be of great value. But for this exercises we should overlook our personal preferences and concentrate on items of value and utility. You may collect stamps for example, but what makes a stamp collection valuable ?. Rarity, rarity is what makes a stamp collection valuable. By rare I mean there is very few of them in the world. And there are a lot of people who want them because there are not many of them around. After all you must remember, a stamp is just a piece of paper with a printed image on it. Paper and ink is all it is made of.

Fiat currency is paper and ink that government orders you to accept as payment for goods and services. They have their own banks (central bank) printing this paper money, money that is not backed with anything. All this paper filters through the the economy, causing more paper claims on the limited resources this world has to offer. This drives up prices and causes inflation, that means inflation is caused by the cenral banks.

Politicans and banker live high on the hog, the rest of us must make our living the hard way. I look at the USA and see bankers and politicans trying to tell the people they know best how to get the economy out of the mess it's in. The mess they created trough greed.

But central banks claim they are fighting infation, I look at their actions and think not.

I think you need silver and gold. Your house contents are not mobile, and when you need to flee the nest in hurry, traveling light is a boon.

War Is Organized Theft

Over the centuries many leaders have mistaken sheer good luck for genus. As they lust for empire. Their national borders are not big enough to contain their greatness. We are so successfully at everything we say, do, and think. Let's tell the rest of the world how to be successful, just like us.

Empires don't work that way. When you are the biggest kid on the block, what's to stop you throwing your weight around. Besides, bossing people around is fun. You invade other countries and take what you want, and force them pay tribute for your protection. From real or unreal enemies, but mostly from you.

The money flows in, the government and the army get praised for civilizing the world. You get fooled into thinking that these people need you. But war is organized theft, and all thieves pay for their actions in this world, or the next. All that death and destruction, to make them just like us.

The people in the homeland get lazy, thinking they are smarter than the rest of the world. Production falls and they think, the good time will last forever.

I now turn to the latest empire, the USA. They don't like the name "empire" but prefer the word "superpower", Maybe that's why they have not made much of a success, in the empire business. They invade countries with their gift of democracy, Then their government makes the American tax payer pay for the occupation. Because they want the people they conquered to love them, Love them for saving them from themselves.

When you are on top of the world there is only one way to go, down. All empires fade and passed from memory. This is the way of empires, they rise and fall leaving the common people of the homeland destitute or worse. And when a empire declines, a new one replaces the old empire. Just like when the old school bully retires to the chicken factory, a new school bully replaces him.

Where does this leave the hard working folk that are the foundation of the nation now and forever. They must tighten their belts, grin and bear the pain.

Buy gold and silver to protect your wealth. Paper money is just that. Paper. If you read Treasure Island, you will note that when they dug up the treasure, They describe diamond rings, gold coins etc.. But, no paper money. If you bury paper in the ground it rots. Gold stands the test of time.

It's our nature to make mistakes, but we all want to do our best.

Maybe I should learn to speak French, after all. They say you can learn it in eight weeks.

Not OK USA

Yep, the US of A is in recession, more banks may crash. Other countries are getting weary of their IOU's, their dollar is heading just shy of worthless. Their "never ending war on no one in particular" is bleeding the country dry.
Paper dollars are being printed like they are going out fashion. The politicians are chiefly interested in staying in office. And that means not making the necessary but unpopular decisions to put the country back on it's feet. The Federal Reserve keeps lowering interest rates to protect the people who borrowed too much.
That means the frugal folk who kept their powder dry by working hard and saving for a rainy day rather than spending their money on things they don't really need. (Too hell with the Jones). Will have to pay for the big bankers mistakes through inflation which will destroy their life savings. When the country recovers, it may never be the same again.
Reserve currencies status for their dollar may be lost. China and India are rising fast through hard work, making things the world wants. These countries are bidding up the price of oil on world markets and putting it to good use. China and India are supporting a growing middle class, this middle class will help to sustain growth as US demand declines for their products. And as for oil, well let's imagine the world is a giant oil tank.
For decades we have been taking oil out, never putting any back in the tank. Yep, the oil is running out, horse power is going to be in vogue again. The renewable energy of today is not up to the job of replacing oil. It's no wonder gold, silver oil and commodes are rising. My big tip is buy gold before it reaches $2000 a ounce.

A bit later in the night, may go to bed soon. To much thinking, I like garding, it's such a relaxing hobbie. You plant the seed and waite to see what comes next. If the conditions are right you're seed will form a root, stem, branch, leaf, flower and then fruit. I love growing fruit. It always taste better when you grow it yourself.
